Ben's Bigger Breakfast

Ben has literally been around the world with his wife of nearly 30 years, Jennifer, and various assortment of beloved pets (they currently have two dogs: Brooklyn & Rooney). He’s lived and worked at radio stations with formats from Rock to Top-40 to Hip-Hop in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Seoul, Denver, Amsterdam, Doha and at one point even called Grand Cayman home (one of his dogs is from East End)! He’s thrilled to be coming back to his adopted home and playing the timeless hits on GOLD mornings.

All-time favorite movies: Casablanca, Godfather 1 & 2, Caddyshack, Star Wars: A New Hope.

Favorite foods: Chicken & waffles, falafel, lots of grilled chicken salads with avocado, and dark chocolate (think: 90%).

Superhero franchise: Marvel or DC? While appreciating the Marvel movies, Ben’s a DC guy. Like Sheldon Cooper, he loves The Flash.

Other fun facts:
· Ben used to weigh in at 252lbs and radically changed his diet and has stuck with it since 2012!

· He and Jennifer had a pet care company in Denver where they looked after dogs, cats, goldfish, and turtles!

· Ben has recently become a convert to Formula 1 and because of living in the Netherlands in 2021, is a fan of Max Verstappen. He attended the Qatar GP while in Doha.

· He supports the Philadelphia Eagles and Manchester United (it’s been a rough go!) and went to three USA football matches at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
